Managing Expectations
What if there is a mismatch between expectation and what is provided?
At times problems occur because realistic expectations are not met, and at times problems occur because expectations are unrealistic. If things do not seem to be working as anticipated what can be done about it?

Your two key workers (GP and district nurse) would be the usual contact points to help you through this. There are also a number of other organisations that may be able to assist if you are not sure what to do.
